To start figuring out why your auto downloads are not working we are going to need some basic info. Please go the the DuckieTV about page click on the i icon at the bottom left of the main duckietv page , and then scroll down to the statistics section. Use the Print Screen key to capture and ctrl v to paste into a box below the whole statistics section. Use as many screen dumps as it takes to get it all please.

We are going to step through the auto download process, so we can check and cross off all the different things that need to be working for an auto download to proceed.
Please provide the version and build number of uTorrent you are using: find it on uTorrent Help, About uTorrent. Second, auto-download will not initialise until DuckieTV and uTorrent have a valid connection.
Shut-down DuckieTV and start-up uTorrent, if it's not already started. If there is a red dot and the tooltip is Torrent Client Offline then click on the Icon and wait for the tooltip to go Torrent Client Connected and the dot to go green. So if the dot is red then that connection is offline and DTV cannot talk to uTorrent. Once the connection goes green, monitoring should resume unless that torrent magnet has been deleted from uTorrent before DTV had a chance to mark the episode as downloaded.
